Reservation Policies & Regulations
Please take a moment to review our reservation policies before making a booking.
Reservation Rules
- Spices Villa will hold your table for up to 15 minutes from the reserved time. If you expect to be late, please contact us in advance.
- Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.
- For parties of 10 or more guests, please contact our Hotline or Reservation email for assistance.
- For tables of 5 or more guests or pre-ordered menus, a deposit of 500,000 to 5,000,000 VND is required.
- Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.
- We look forward to welcoming you. Please make a reservation once you are comfortable with our policies.
Corkage Fees & Decoration Packages
- Wine corkage fee (bottles under 750ml): 300,000 VND++ / bottle.
- Spirits corkage fee (bottles under 750ml): 700,000 VND++ / bottle.
- Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring larger bottles so we can prepare accordingly.
- Decoration packages: 450,000 - 1,000,000 VND (Depending on the decoration design and your request).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the reservation time, Spices Villa will fully refund your deposit. If cancelled after this period, the restaurant reserves the right to retain the deposit.
